ASSESSORS MEETING MINUTES

JANUARY 29, 2010

    12:15P.M.    Called meeting to order. Present: Ellen W. Abelson, Paula B.

                        Keefe, Richard B.Gorden and Mark J. Mazur.

1.   The Board signed commitments for the Fiscal Year 2010 actual tax bills

       that were recently issued.

2.   The Board reviewed and then approved the annual report submission

      for the Assessor’s Office.

3.   The Board signed two Fiscal Year 2010 documents related to the setting

      of the tax rate, the Recapitulation Form and the OL1.

4.   The Board read a FY 2009 decision from the Appellate Tax Board (ATB)

      in favor of the Appellee. The Board briefly discussed the FY 2009 decision.

5.   The Board granted a FY 2009 abatement to the owner of Parcel 69-53 as

      per the decision of the ATB.

6.   The Board took the following actions on Fiscal Year 2010 personal

      exemptions for the owners of the following properties:

12:53P.M.        The Board went into Executive Session.

1:25P.M.          The Board returned from their Executive Session and

                        resumed their regular meeting.

8.   The Board decided to hold their next Board meeting at 12:15P.M.

      on Friday, February 12, 2010. Ellen Abelson will not be able to

      attend the meeting.
